RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ATV’s ON
BLPOA ROADS AND OPEN SPACE AREA
Tom Dube
is the head of the ATV committee and is the liason with the
Belleau Lake Board of Directors.
BLPOA ATV
trails are marked and ready for use. 1/ Only
BLPOA members in good standing and their guests are eligible
to receive permission from the board to use their ATV’s. They must sign this form and show their driver’s
license and ATV registration to either the BLPOA President
or Vice-President. 2/
Membership ATV Cards are to be issued to each member for
each machine and must be with the operator at all times.
Cards will be issued yearly from June 30 to June 30. 3/
LICENSE AND AGE RESTRICTIONS:
4/ If a
BLPOA member has a guest or two who bring their own ATV’s
with them, the guest must provide
the same information to the board as the member and
state how many days they want a permit for.
A guest permit will be issued for up to 7 days.

Members are responsible for themselves and the behavior of
their guests and any damage which might ensue to either the
roads or the ATV trails. 6/
Specific trails are marked for ATV use and the speed limit
on them as well as our roads is 15 mph. 7/ ATV’s
are not permitted at Association Park. 8/ All
operators and passengers accept the dangers inherent to this
sport and shall not maintain any actions against the owner,
occupant or lessee of the land for injury, which results
from such inherent risk, danger, or hazards of riding.
9/ Obey all New
Hampshire O.H.R.V. Safety Rules as stated in the current
O.H.R.V. Laws Digest. 10/ All
ATV’s must yield to pedestrians on the roads and trails. 11/
Riding is permitted after end of snowfall through beginning
of snowfall. 12/ All
riders are responsible for obtaining written permission from
other landowners to ride on their private trails including
all members of the BLPOA. 13/ Any
person who is responsible for damage done to property of
another BLPOA member and has not
made restitution will be denied a permit. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I understand that if I violate these rules,
the BLPOA Board of Directors can revoke my permit at any time.
