We are under a MUD Season Advisory, as is all of New England.

Unfortunately mud season came much earlier than normal, which makes it harder for the road contractor to maintain the roads. Road contractors are unable to grade frozen roads nor can they grade a mud road.

As soon as conditions allow; the road contractor will grade the roads as he does every year. Concerns with road conditions should be sent to the Road Agent via email: roads@blpoa.com

WHAT'S NEW

Dam Boards Are Going In!

The Belleau Lake Dam Association began returning boards to the dam on Monday, April 15th.

The amount of time to refill the lake is largely dependent on Mother Nature. Waterfront Property Owners are urged to use this time to perform maintenance and repairs to docks and beaches.

Boating season will be here before we know it!

In addition to events of general interest to the membership, we also post the availability of Association Park for use by members. If you see "PRIVATE" on a day, the pavilion and horseshoe pits are not available to members. The beach, day dock & boat launch are SHARED with members and those in attendance of the private party.
