Welcome to Belleau Lake!

Below you'll find a list of guidlines to help you understand the Belleau Lake community's expectations.  Whether you're a BLPOA Member, a relative or guest of a member or short-term renting - please be a Good Neighbor!

Quiet hours: Appreciated from 11 pm to 7 am.

Watercraft: Use of watercraft is governed by the State of NH Marine Patrol. Association Park boat launch use is limited to BLPOA keyholders, who may not loan out keys to anyone other than family members.

Lake Health and Water Quality: To protect our lake from invasive species, rinsing of all watercraft and floats prior to launching is expected. The State of NH requires a Species decal on any boat registered outside of NH. Keeping septic systems in good working order is another important contribution to lake health.

Outside Fires: Permits are required from the Town of Wakefield and are available to property owners only. Friendly reminder that all fires should be attended until they are fully extinguished.

Fireworks: Permits are required from the Town of Wakefield to set off fireworks, and are issued to state-sanctioned show operators only.

Traveling on BLPOA Roads: Please respect our 15 mph speed limit for all vehicles for the safety of the community and to keep dust to a minimum.

Parking: Roads must remain passable to emergency vehicles at all times. Avoid overnight parking on BLPOA roads.

Beaches: BLPOA beaches are all carry-in/carry-out. Please don’t leave anything overnight. Vachon Beach: no dogs allowed from 8 am to 6 pm.

Trash: Please stow and secure to keep animals away.
