WHO WE ARE

The Belleau Lake Property Owners Association (BLPOA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care and preservation of Belleau Lake and its surrounding community.

​

We proudly maintain roughly 8 miles of private roads, member beaches, a boat launch, a pavilion, and over 100 acres of recreational land for our members to enjoy.

​

Our core mission is to protect our local environment, ensuring high water quality and safety for all residents and our downstream neighbors. To help preserve these community spaces, the use of BLPOA properties, roads, and the lake is reserved exclusively for our members, and their invited guests, with a seasonal exception made for winter snowmobile traffic on Corridor 19 which traverses the length of the lake.
