LAKE INFO & MAP

Belleau Lake is a beautiful 187 acre dam controlled lake in East Wakefield, NH.  It is home to a variety of water birds including a resident loon, as well as several species of fish.

You may download a copy of the map below to your computer by "right-clicking" anywhere on it and selecting "Save" or "Save as" for later viewing or printing.  Ideally, this should be consulted before boating and a copy kept handy on your boat.  The large red digits represent cove locations and the small black digits represent approximate water depths (which may be even less when we are experiencing drought conditions).

Because of the very shallow water depths at the north end of the lake (1) and the area west of the island to Shelter Cove (3) and Little Cove (area 6); water sports in these areas should be avoided.

The Merci Kelley Recreation Area is also known as "Association Park".  The E911 street address is: 203 Belleau Blvd., East Wakefield, NH 03830
