The BLPOA owns over 150 acres of conservation/recreation land to be explored and enjoyed alone or as a family or group.  In addition to boating, fishing, and swimming, members can also enjoy the use of our association's park, beaches, and trails that can be used for hiking and riding ATVs in the summertime and snowmobiles when they're covered with snow.
