A few important items some realtors may not know about the BLPOA...
 
Dues: The BLPOA is funded by membership dues. Nearly all properties owners are required to maintain their membership in the BLPOA.
 
Community Well: There are 51 properties - all facing Merci Cove (mostly on Beverly Hills Dr. and about 5 more on Gold Coast Dr., Lexington Dr. and North Desmond Dr.) that receive water from a community well (as opposed to a well dedicated on each property) that is managed & maintained by the Beverly Hills Water Association (BHWA) and their state licensed operator. Those connected to it pay a fee for this service and is not included in BLPOA dues.

Driveway Permits: Modification of an existing driveway or the construction of a new driveway will require a road release or driveway permit from the town -and- the BLPOA. This must be done prior to any soil being moved!
