The BLPOA has rekeyed the locks to the Merci Kelley Recreation Area including the gate to the Boat Launch in spring 2025.  This was done to prevent people holding a duplicate or unauthorized key from accessing the boat launch area. Keys that worked in 2025 will work this year (and until such time that the locks are rekeyed again).

• ​Only BLPOA members in "good standing" may request a key. No exceptions!

• A new key costs $50 ($10 key fee -plus- a refundable $40 deposit).

• Keys may only be shared with responsible family members.

• Keys can not be obtained on behalf of others.

• Keys must not be duplicated.

• Keys must be returned when moving from the association; deposit fees will be returned.

If you agree to these terms, please click: keys@blpoa.com to send an email to the BLPOA Key Director so that a key may be arranged.  A multipart key agreement form - as shown below - will need to be completed in person and a copy of the completed form will be provided to you. You may also need to produce a government issued photo ID (driver's license, etc.) prior to being issued a key.

Keys are also available at most BLPOA Membership Meetings. Key availability is announced with the Membership Meeting notice emails and posts in our Facebook Group.  Please remember that the Key Director may only fulfill key requests for those members whose name appears on the "good standing" list as provided by the BLPOA Treasurer. There are no exceptions to this rule.
