The BLPOA has changed all locks in the Merci Kelley Recreation Area including the gate to the Boat Launch in spring 2017.  This was done to regain access control to our lake from those that do not pay dues but have an unauthorized or duplicate key. 

 

Only people that do not pay dues will need to borrow your boat launch key or want to launch or remove their boat when you do!

• ​Only BLPOA members in "good standing" may request a key. No exceptions!

• Keys require a $5 FEE (this fee is waived if you purchased a key previously).

• Keys require a $20 refundable DEPOSIT. No exceptions!

• Keys must not be duplicated or loaned to anyone (other than responsible family members).

• Keys must not be obtained for or transferred to non-members or members not in good standing.

• OLD KEYS WILL NOT OPEN ANY LOCKS ON THE GATE OR INSIDE THE RECREATION AREA.

Mark can only fill key requests for people whose name appears on a list as provided by the treasurer. Mark can not give a key to anyone not on the list.
