This site was designed to provide all the information most residents and prospective residents alike might want to know about Belleau Lake, the BLPOA, its properties and more. Please remember that any watercraft in use must have a life vest for every occupant. In particular, canoes, kayaks and paddle-boards must have a vest with them. This is frequently not observed. Also, any individual 13 years old and under must WEAR a vest when on the water. If you are renting, please make this clear to renters. We want all to enjoy the lake safely.

WHAT'S NEW

A new fiber-optic network is being built around Belleau Lake!

Fidium recently purchased Consolidated Communications and they have been extending their fiber-optic network. They recently met with several BLPOA board members and asked us to help get the word out that they would be extending that network all around Belleau Lake, East Wakefield and beyond. Please click on this letter to read the information provided to us.

Please allow the workers to complete this survey so the new network can be extended into the BLPOA Community in Summer 2026.

In addition to events of general interest to the membership, we also post the availability of Association Park at 203 Belleau Blvd for use by BLPOA Members.

If you see "PRIVATE" on a day, the pavilion and horseshoe pits are not available for use by members. The beach, day dock & boat launch are SHARED with members and those in attendance of the private party.
