Welcome to the Belleau Lake Property Owners Association Website!

This site is a resource for both current residents and prospective buyers to learn more about Belleau Lake and its supporting association (BLPOA). Belleau Lake is entirely surrounded by private property—there is no public access to the lake, beaches, recreation areas, or roads. These amenities are proudly maintained through dues collected from BLPOA Members. Community Guidelines

• Speed Limit: Most of our 8 miles of association roads are unpaved. A strict 15 MPH speed limit is posted on all of them to ensure resident safety and to reduce dust and erosion.

• Driveway Permits: Because unpaved roads are vulnerable to rainwater and snowmelt runoff, a free permit from the BLPOA is required before creating or modifying any driveway connecting to an association road.

• Annual Meetings: The association holds two membership meetings each year: the Saturday morning after Memorial Day Weekend and the Saturday morning before Labor Day Weekend.
